Cephalgo is hiring a HIKINEX (EMC/EMI System Engineer Subject Matter Expert) to ensure the electromagnetic and environmental compatibility of our satellite systems. In this role, you will perform critical system-level analyses and support test validation for commercial satellite applications.
What You'll Do
- Lead and produce system-level EMC/EMI analysis for satellites, considering mission requirements, unit specifications, spacecraft geometry, and coupling effects.
- Support the writing and reviewing of comprehensive EMC/EMI satellite test plans.
- Produce CE/CS (Conducted Emissions/Conducted Susceptibility) analysis for satellite auto-compatibility.
- Produce RE/RS (Radiated Emissions/Radiated Susceptibility) RF analysis for satellite auto-compatibility.
- Produce RE/RS analysis for Launch Vehicle compatibility.
- Conduct detailed magnetic analysis at the satellite level.
- Conduct surface charging analysis at the satellite level.
- Conduct internal charging analysis at the satellite level.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an EMC/EMI system engineer and recognized subject matter expert.
- Hands-on experience with conducted and radiated EMC/EMI analysis and tests at the satellite level for commercial applications.
- Strong understanding of mission requirements, unit specifications, spacecraft cavity geometry, and electromagnetic coupling effects.
