Lineage Logistics is hiring a High Reach Forklift Driver to manage the movement of products and materials within our facilities. In this role, you will operate a stand-up reach forklift to ensure efficient put-away and picking operations while maintaining strict safety standards.
What You'll Do
- Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
- Pick palletized units from rack locations and prepare them for outbound shipment.
- Select and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of items using a Radio Frequency (RF) system.
- Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or other lifting devices.
- Complete a daily forklift maintenance and check sheet.
- Monitor battery charge, perform maintenance, clean batteries, and leave equipment at the proper charging station.
- Operate other types of machinery and material handling equipment as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to understand instructions in the country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from -20°F/-25°C in cold storage to 100°F/37°C in dry storage, while wearing provided protective equipment.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs. (weight may be higher depending on facility).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends as needed.
- Comfort working in environments with various noise levels, which can be loud at times.
