Responsibilities
- Lead the management of the product backlog and oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of digital health solutions in rural clinics and national health intelligence centers.
- Serve as the primary advocate for end users, gathering feedback and identifying challenges related to usability, workflow integration, and system performance through direct field engagement with health workers and senior officials.
- Design and lead training programs and change management initiatives to ensure effective adoption of digital tools by frontline staff and supervisors.
- Diagnose and prioritize technical and functional issues, coordinating with central product and engineering teams to resolve bugs and enhance features.
- Work across departments to strengthen data quality, standardize reporting practices, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the health system.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, internal guides, and user resources to ensure institutional knowledge is preserved and accessible.
- Advance value-based use cases by aligning product capabilities with measurable health outcomes, identifying opportunities for impact, and driving execution with internal teams.
