Unitek Learning is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across all our locations and departments. You will source, screen, and place candidates for roles including nursing faculty, allied health, operations, and corporate positions. This role requires local travel to campuses and operates on Pacific Standard Time.

What You'll Do

Recruit for positions across all locations and departments, at all staff and management levels.
Provide full lifecycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and extending offers.
Manage all candidates in the Applicant Tracking System for your assigned campus requisitions.
Meet weekly with campus leadership to understand immediate and future staffing needs.
Leverage online recruiting resources and creative search techniques.
Review resumes and phone-screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit.
Provide accurate and compelling information to candidates about the company and open positions.
Prescreen candidates and present candidate information to hiring managers.
Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information on the company, industry, and hiring department.
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all recruiting activities.
Work with hiring managers to ensure they understand our company culture.
Participate in developing ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Develop an effective pipeline of talent for immediate hire in key positions.
Stay informed of industry trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
