Healthcare Recruiter – Local Travel Required
Role Overview
Support talent acquisition across a network of educational campuses by managing end-to-end hiring processes for clinical, academic, and administrative positions. This role focuses on building strong relationships with hiring teams and ensuring a smooth, efficient recruitment experience for candidates in high-demand healthcare education fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles at all levels, from faculty and clinical staff to corporate and operations teams
- Partner with campus leadership to understand current and upcoming hiring needs
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates using digital tools and proactive outreach methods
- Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and assess qualifications against role requirements
- Communicate clearly with applicants about organizational expectations and position details
- Prepare candidates for interviews by sharing insights about the department, culture, and industry context
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure timely follow-up on all requisitions
- Develop a pipeline of qualified professionals for critical roles to reduce time-to-hire
- Contribute to sourcing strategies that are both innovative and cost-efficient
- Stay current with evolving recruitment trends and best practices in healthcare education
- Ensure hiring managers have a clear understanding of cultural fit and team dynamics
- Complete additional tasks as needed to support recruitment goals
Compensation & Incentives
This position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, with eligibility for quarterly performance-based bonuses. Local travel between nearby campuses is expected as part of regular duties.
