Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure seamless implementation, testing, and monitoring of integrated features
- Engage in continuous learning to understand the service-based platform, its integration with client systems, and connections to technical and content partners
- Work closely with Product and Engineering departments to enhance and support clinical software solutions
- Gain hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability protocols such as HL7, FHIR, and OAuth, and contribute as a technical expert
- Support new client onboarding by assisting with integration setup and troubleshooting connected functionalities
- Deliver real-time support and resolve technical issues for active clients
- Conduct integration testing aligned with development sprints and deployment schedules
- Assist customers during testing phases, including user acceptance testing
- Maintain and refine external implementation documentation and internal technical references for interoperability standards
