Luna Physical Therapy is looking for a Healthcare Inside Sales Representative specializing in Physician Relations. This role is central to building and nurturing strategic referral partnerships to connect patients with our physical therapy services. You will be a key player in our growth within the Portland, OR market.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Proactively educate referral sources about Luna Physical Therapy's services and value proposition.
• Manage a pipeline of physician accounts and track engagement metrics.
• Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless patient referral and transition experience.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a healthcare sales, business development, or patient access role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage professional relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a territory independently.
• Familiarity with the Portland, OR healthcare market is a strong advantage.
