Pfizer Inc is looking for a Health Representative to manage and grow relationships with healthcare professionals in a designated territory. You will be responsible for explaining product benefits, organizing educational activities, and promoting the portfolio in line with marketing strategy, all while working remotely.
What You'll Do
- Promote the product portfolio in your territory according to the current marketing strategy.
- Realize up to 50% of promotion through digital channels.
- Continuously develop compliant product and medical knowledge and apply it in customer contacts.
- Analyze your territory in terms of healthcare professionals, environment, opportunities, and segmentations.
- Monitor the market environment and provide relevant information to your supervisor.
- Participate internally on tactics and strategies with sales and marketing colleagues.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Plan and implement promotional activities timely, in accordance with the territory business plan.
- Manage the promotional budget adequately for the territory's current situation and needs.
- Report activities and expenses according to the agreed schedule.
- Perform other tasks and projects agreed upon with your line manager.
- Comply with all company procedures and operate within applicable regulations and laws.
- Build One Pfizer by communicating Pfizer values and a one-goal attitude.
What We're Looking For
- A valid driving license category B.
- Commitment to the One Pfizer mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and selling skills.
- Good spoken and written proficiency in the local language; English language is required.
- Computer literacy.
Nice to Have
- No previous experience in this specific position or the pharmaceutical sector is considered an advantage.
- A degree-level education in medicine, biology, or pharmacy is an advantage.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Manager Brand Lead. In this role, you will work with colleagues, Medical Affairs Scientists, Business Support Colleagues, Network Account Managers, Content & Channel Managers, and Business Operations.
