Human Intelligence is seeking a Health & Medical AI Tech, Education Training Associate - Project Manager to assume senior-level ownership of our portfolio. This is a mission-critical role within our mission-driven organization, requiring execution excellence and proactive management of complex projects across our global, distributed team.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of all company projects from initiation to completion.
- Create and manage Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for every initiative.
- Run the annual promotions and events calendar.
- Manage courses, programs, memberships, workshops, clinics, and community initiatives.
- Oversee all phases of event execution: pre-event, live event, and post-event.
- Manage Google Calendars for leadership and the community.
- Hold teams accountable to project timelines and key deliverables.
- Coordinate presenters, researchers, and key stakeholders.
- Support executive leadership with approvals and shareholder communications.
