RE/SPEC Inc. is looking for a Lead Health IT Informatics Analyst to serve as the primary architect for the Operational Informatics Pipeline and OCI backlog. This role blends clinical workflow knowledge with technical system configuration expertise to deliver functional, tested, and adopted solutions within a complex healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead the elicitation of complex requirements and translate patient safety needs into data models and implementation guides.
- Manage OCI solution architectures, including MOIP feature structures for OCI workstreams and the ART backlog.
- Coordinate national-level User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of requirements analysis, documentation, and defect management in coordination with VHA OIT.
- Coordinate site implementation strategies and user adoption activities.
- Evaluate clinical processes to resolve inefficiencies before and after system go-live.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (or +6 years of specialized experience).
- 8 years total experience with 6 years specialized in Health Informatics.
- Extensive experience configuring Oracle Health (Cerner) and/or CPRS/VistA.
- Expert in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and artifact development.
- Proficiency in SQL and data management for clinical informatics.
