Responsibilities
- Lead the gathering and clarification of complex system requirements from stakeholders.
- Convert patient safety standards into actionable data models and implementation documentation.
- Oversee solution architecture for OCI initiatives, including MOIP feature designs and ART backlog management.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing at the national level.
- Manage the full lifecycle of requirements, including analysis, documentation, and defect resolution in collaboration with VHA OIT.
- Plan and align strategies for site-specific implementations and drive user adoption initiatives.
- Analyze clinical workflows to identify and correct inefficiencies both pre- and post-implementation.
