CareHarmony is looking for a Health Engagement Consultant to join our team supporting Cigna Healthcare. You will work directly with employers and brokers to develop tailored health engagement strategies, helping clients and their customers become better consumers of healthcare and maximize the value of their benefits solutions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Client Managers to understand client needs and deliver on strategic objectives.
- Consult with clients on effective wellness program frameworks, either virtually or in-person based on their preferences.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Cigna products and services across all lines, including Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Behavioral, and Clinical.
- Advise clients on the utilization of their Wellness Funds and facilitate payments.
- Participate in finalist, midyear, cross-sell, broker, and analytics meetings to present Cigna's health and well-being capabilities.
- Support opportunities for clients to achieve Healthy Workforce Designation.
- Present Cigna employee benefits to new or renewing clients.
- Effectively leverage Expert Advisors, such as Client Service Consultants, Well-Being Strategists, and Implementation Managers, to meet client expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Must reside in Atlanta with ability to commute to a local Cigna office and meet in-person commitments 2-3 days per week.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in developing and managing key relationships internally and externally.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in Outlook, Webex, CRM (Salesforce), and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Willingness to travel 30-35% to local and remote clients, trainings, and meetings; overnight travel may be required.
- If working at home, a reliable internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a health-related industry.
- Experience in corporate health promotion program design.

You will work collaboratively with Client Managers, Client Service Consultants, and a network of Expert Advisors, including Well-Being Strategists and Implementation Managers.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA. It requires local residency and the ability to work in-office or in-market with clients 2-3 days per week.
