Rockwell Automation is hiring a Business Process Analyst

About the Role

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Business Process Analyst to play a crucial role in our Commerce transformation initiative. You will support Product Owners, Global Business Process Leads, and Service Designers by optimizing and enhancing key business processes to deliver streamlined workflows, standardized governance, and an integrated data model for a 360-degree customer view.

What You'll Do

  • Transition processes and deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
  • Reduce customer efforts and enhance productivity through targeted process improvements.
  • Analyze, plan, and implement process improvement needs to solve root cause problems.
  • Enable the ecosystem for potential automation opportunities.
  • Evaluate and model existing processes, organize and lead cross-functional projects, and identify improvement options.
  • Develop metrics for process management and measure performance against requirements.
  • Document current and future state process artifacts such as workflows.
  • Collect data to align improvement projects and close performance shortfalls.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education is mandatory.

Nice to Have

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of business-related experience in relevant industries.
  • Technology Knowledge: Experience with Salesforce, SAP CRM & SAP Hybris, ERP, ECC, and BI platforms like Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficiency in SAP Signavio for business process management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process modeling and diagramming.
  • Experience with Miro for collaborative whiteboarding and agile project management.
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA, RPA, and MS Flows for automation and data analysis.
  • Business Knowledge: Understanding of Rockwell Automation’s operating segments and business functions.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data to make informed recommendations and decisions.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work with global teams to deliver results on tight timelines.
  • Communication: Strong active listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma: Certification or practical experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC and continuous improvement techniques.
