About the Role

The individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, document current processes, and design optimized solutions that align with strategic goals using structured methodologies and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Map and document workflows across departments
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements for process changes
  • Develop models to illustrate current and future state processes
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational workflows
  • Recommend changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Support implementation of new business systems or tools
  • Conduct data analysis to measure process performance
  • Create reports and dashboards to track key metrics
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review findings
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Assist in change management activities during transitions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
  • Maintain process documentation and update as needed
  • Evaluate impact of proposed process modifications
  • Work with IT teams on integration requirements
  • Provide input on system configuration based on process design
  • Monitor post-implementation results and suggest adjustments
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Use feedback to refine process models and recommendations
