CareHarmony is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our distribution operations. You will work in an energized, fast-paced environment to prepare and move merchandise according to strict safety, production, and accuracy standards. Your role is crucial for maintaining documentation and facilitating the flow of merchandise to deliver outstanding product to our customers.

What You'll Do

Perform ticketing, stocking, picking, packing, counting, loading, unloading, housekeeping, and safety functions.
Ensure consistency in work quality while meeting performance metrics to create a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with team members through constructive feedback to support process improvements and cost reductions.
Work under direct supervision and follow standard operating procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
Work flexibly in multiple departments as assigned while meeting performance metrics.

What We're Looking For

Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, and stack cartons while standing or walking for up to 12 hours at a time.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (range may vary based on work assignment).
Ability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
Ability to learn standard operating procedures acquired through on-the-job training, to include power industrial vehicle (PIV) operation where applicable.
Ability to independently login to a computer and operate digital tablets or electronic wearable devices.
Ability to independently complete a self-guided orientation on a computer or digital tablet.
Basic level of English written and oral proficiency to communicate with Supervisors and understand safety signage and protocols. (Spanish or French speakers can be accommodated with translated materials.)
