Forbes Advisor is looking for a Health Economics Sr. Analyst to provide expert economic analysis within the healthcare sector. You will build and interpret models to assess cost-effectiveness, market trends, and the financial impact of healthcare decisions, directly informing our authoritative content and strategic direction.
What You'll Do
- Develop and validate economic models to analyze healthcare interventions, treatments, and policies
- Conduct cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and outcomes research analyses
- Synthesize complex health economic data into clear insights for editorial and product teams
- Critically appraise clinical and economic literature to support evidence-based recommendations
- Stay current on healthcare policy, reimbursement trends, and regulatory changes
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, Public Health, or a related quantitative field
- 3+ years of applied experience in health economics, outcomes research, or market access within a consultancy, insurer, pharma, or healthcare organization
- Proven ability to build and run economic models (e.g., cost-effectiveness, budget impact)
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for a non-specialist audience
