Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise the national Value Chain Management function, ensuring alignment with defined KPIs and business goals.
- Formulate and implement supply chain strategies and improvement projects.
- Guarantee adherence to corporate standards, governance, and processes such as IATF and ISO 14001.
- Oversee budgets and resources to support both operational and strategic objectives.
- Track performance indicators and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster organizational growth, succession planning, and enhance team performance.
- Represent the Value Chain function within the organization and advocate for best practices across sites.
