Following a successful spring pilot, Medley is currently utilized across multiple educational institutions. The Role We're recruiting a Head of School Success to manage the entire customer experience from initial onboarding through renewal and expansion, while simultaneously establishing the operational infrastructure enabling Medley's scalability. You'll serve as the critical connection between school partners and our product development team, driving engagement, usage, and product enthusiasm.
