Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation and execution of plans to improve school performance.
  • Collaborate with educators to enhance teaching methods and curriculum.

  • Provide leadership and support to school administrators and teachers.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents and community members.
  • Manage the school's budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to school leaders in implementing best practices.
  • Conduct regular assessments of school performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Coordinate with external partners to secure resources and support for the school.
  • Develop and implement plans to address student behavior and discipline issues.
