Crystalia Glass LLC seeks a strategic Head of Sales to lead our sales department. You will design and execute data-driven sales strategies, own the CRM pipeline, and develop a high-performance remote team to achieve our business growth goals.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute data-driven sales strategies aligned with business growth goals.
- Own the CRM pipeline setup and discipline, including stage definition, conversion timing, and follow-up monitoring.
- Set up workflows for inbound, outbound, and repeat customers.
- Manage and develop a sales team, including structure, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and mentoring.
- Promote a high-performance, high-engagement culture in a remote environment.
- Conduct regular 1:1 and team meetings focused on pipeline health, peer learning, and skills development.
- Define and track individual and team KPIs.
- Build and maintain daily/weekly dashboards, tactical reports, and strategic updates for leadership.
- Manage forecasting cycles, including methodology, quota setting, accuracy reporting, and root cause analysis.
- React to performance drops by preparing actionable insight reports with recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- 7–10 years of professional sales experience.
- At least 3 years in a team leadership or Head of Sales position.
- Proven success in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
- CRM proficiency, specifically with HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
- Experience managing remote or hybrid teams.
- Experience onboarding new hires in a performance-driven culture.
- Track record of managing forecasting accuracy and driving pipeline consistency.
- Strong command of CRM pipeline management and reporting.
- Ability to define, track, and act on KPIs across multiple timeframes (monthly/quarterly/annually).
- Structured coaching and performance improvement processes.
- High fluency in English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
