About the Role

Crystalia Glass LLC seeks a strategic Head of Sales to lead our sales department. You will design and execute data-driven sales strategies, own the CRM pipeline, and develop a high-performance remote team to achieve our business growth goals.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute data-driven sales strategies aligned with business growth goals.
  • Own the CRM pipeline setup and discipline, including stage definition, conversion timing, and follow-up monitoring.
  • Set up workflows for inbound, outbound, and repeat customers.
  • Manage and develop a sales team, including structure, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and mentoring.
  • Promote a high-performance, high-engagement culture in a remote environment.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 and team meetings focused on pipeline health, peer learning, and skills development.
  • Define and track individual and team KPIs.
  • Build and maintain daily/weekly dashboards, tactical reports, and strategic updates for leadership.
  • Manage forecasting cycles, including methodology, quota setting, accuracy reporting, and root cause analysis.
  • React to performance drops by preparing actionable insight reports with recommendations.

What We're Looking For

  • 7–10 years of professional sales experience.
  • At least 3 years in a team leadership or Head of Sales position.
  • Proven success in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
  • CRM proficiency, specifically with HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
  • Experience managing remote or hybrid teams.
  • Experience onboarding new hires in a performance-driven culture.
  • Track record of managing forecasting accuracy and driving pipeline consistency.
  • Strong command of CRM pipeline management and reporting.
  • Ability to define, track, and act on KPIs across multiple timeframes (monthly/quarterly/annually).
  • Structured coaching and performance improvement processes.
  • High fluency in English (C1+) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
