The Opportunity
We're pursuing an outstanding Sales Leadership professional to revolutionize our revenue generation strategy. You'll direct a dynamic, proactive sales team, mentoring Business Development Representatives and Account Executives across multiple regions while driving ambitious growth objectives. This represents a transformative role with complete autonomy to refine sales methodologies, expand team capabilities, and generate exponential revenue expansion.
Compensation
Base Salary: $2,500 USD/month
Monthly Performance Bonus: $5,000 USD for ≥25 new client deals closed
Bonus Structure: Earned at deal close; paid after client completes 2 full months of payments
Upside: Uncapped earning potential for performance beyond 25 deals/month
