About the Role

Practicebetter is hiring a Founding Head of Sales to build our sales function from the ground up. This is a Player-Coach role that requires direct management of key strategic accounts while designing the sales infrastructure and hiring future team members.

What You'll Do

  • Personally lead critical engagements and secure high-value partnerships by building trust with founders and CTOs.
  • Design the sales engine, including creating hiring rubrics, pricing models, and sales playbooks.
  • Act as a bridge between the market and the Product team, translating client feedback into actionable insights.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning as the voice of Revenue within the leadership team.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience scaling sales functions from the 'Zero-to-One' phase.
  • Experience with consultative selling of high-trust professional services such as Audits or Managed Services.
  • Digital fluency across the Web3 stack, including Telegram, Signal, and Discord.
  • Ability to maintain a schedule overlapping 4+ hours with US/EU business hours.
  • Proficiency in modern sales operations tools like CRM automation and data reporting, as well as collaborative communication tools like Slack and G-Suite.
