Eye Security is looking for a Head of Sales DACH / Regional Sales Director DACH to lead and develop our sales team in the DACH region. You will drive growth and strategy with a strong focus on the SMB segment, combining hands-on deal management with team leadership.
What You'll Do
- Coach and train your sales team, including running regular deal reviews and supporting pipeline accuracy.
- Be responsible for your regional GTM strategy, with a strong focus on the SMB segment.
- Understand and apply the core metrics of the business to improve forecast accuracy and regional performance.
- Actively support and close key deals – joining calls, meeting customers on-site, and ensuring deal success.
- Manage and develop your existing team, fostering growth and resilience.
- Leverage your experience in a partner-driven (MSP) sales model to maximize regional success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing and sales engineering.
- Plan and communicate the growth path in your region, both annually and on an ongoing basis.
- Be available for monthly PG Days in Duisburg (travel required).
What We're Looking For
- Native proficiency in German and fluency in English.
- Extensive experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the DACH market.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coach a sales team, fostering a positive, results-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity and the MSP/partner-driven model, with experience in competing and differentiating in a crowded market.
- Ability to develop and implement robust sales strategies that drive growth and increase market share in the SMB segment.
- Strong network of relationships within the industry and the ability to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners/resellers.
- Understanding of the cultural nuances and business practices within the DACH region.
- Experienced in MEDDIC, MEDDPIC, or similar sales/qualification methodologies.
Team & Environment
You will lead a team of Account Executives and one SDR, reporting directly to the CRO.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Germany, with monthly travel required to Duisburg for PG Days.
