About the Role
The role involves leading all sales operations in the DACH region, developing go-to-market strategies, managing key customer relationships, and scaling the regional sales organization to meet aggressive growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the regional sales function across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and manage a high-performance sales team through recruitment and development
- Establish strong executive relationships with key enterprise clients
- Collaborate with marketing to align demand generation with sales goals
- Drive market expansion and penetration in the DACH region
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Act as a key advisor to the executive team on regional market dynamics
- Ensure alignment between product, sales, and customer success teams
- Negotiate and close large, complex enterprise deals
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
- Monitor competitive activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Implement scalable sales processes and CRM best practices
- Mentor team members to improve performance and career growth
- Drive customer acquisition and long-term retention
- Work closely with channel partners where applicable
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends and customer needs
- Ensure compliance with regional sales regulations and standards
- Deliver regular performance reviews and sales reports
- Support product feedback loops from customers to internal teams
