HR Consulting Ines Schöffmann GmbH is recruiting a Head of Sales DACH on behalf of a client in the medical technology sector. You will lead a multi-person team with the primary goal of increasing brand awareness and driving sales growth in the DACH region, with a view to expanding territory to Europe and worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 5 Sales Representatives.
- Create a sales roadmap for the next six to twelve months.
- Identify new sales strategies, market penetration opportunities, and open new customer accounts.
- Expand the existing customer base and conduct numerous customer and trade fair visits.
- Strengthen team cohesion and hire new employees for the sales department.
- Work closely with the marketing team to sharpen the corporate identity.
What We're Looking For
- Long-term experience in field sales within the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven leadership experience in sales targeting Rehacare, Homecare, and medical supply stores.
- Unrestricted willingness to travel.
- A “Can do” attitude.
