About the Role
This role is responsible for leading the sales function focused on mobile app growth and performance marketing, targeting clients across Europe. The individual will build and manage a high-performing sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market reach while working fully remotely within the EU.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for mobile marketing services
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients in the app and mobile advertising space
- Build and manage a remote sales team across European time zones
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers at digital agencies and app developers
- Identify market opportunities and adjust sales approaches accordingly
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with performance-based clients
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging with market demand
- Monitor sales performance using KPIs and adjust tactics as needed
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
- Provide regular forecasts and sales pipeline updates to leadership
- Ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery capabilities
- Scale outbound sales efforts using data-driven outreach methods
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mobile advertising trends and competitors
- Onboard and mentor new sales team members remotely
- Optimize CRM usage for tracking client interactions and conversions
