INCA – Insurance Core Automation is hiring a Head of Sales to lead our multi-person sales team. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving sales growth for our medical technology solutions, initially in the DACH region with a long-term view to global expansion.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for a nationwide sales team.
- Create a sales roadmap for the next six to twelve months.
- Identify new sales strategies, penetrate markets, and acquire new customers.
- Expand the existing customer base and execute numerous customer and trade fair visits.
- Strengthen team cohesion and hire new employees for the sales area.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to sharpen the corporate identity.
What We're Looking For
- Long-term experience in field sales within the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven leadership experience in sales.
- Unrestricted willingness to travel.
- A can-do attitude.
