Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a unified global framework for revenue control.
- Enhance billing and electronic billing processes to maximize revenue and shorten working capital timelines.
- Define key performance indicators, monitor results, and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Lead initiatives to improve collection rates, reduce write-offs, and increase recovery success.
- Oversee global accounts receivable operations with a focus on prompt collections and efficient debt recovery.
- Track and report on credit risk exposure and the status of overdue accounts.
- Standardize accounts receivable procedures across international regions.
- Integrate data analytics to detect financial risks and opportunities, and apply industry best practices.
- Promote innovation and ongoing enhancements in billing and e-billing systems.
- Advocate for digital transformation to minimize manual intervention in financial processes.
- Manage the optimization of billing and e-billing platforms, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with IT and transformation teams to implement system improvements.
- Recruit, manage, and grow a global revenue control team.
- Deliver coaching and training programs, emphasizing expertise in electronic billing.
- Cultivate a work environment centered on responsibility and creative problem-solving.
- Serve as the primary contact for complex billing and collections issues.
- Assist senior staff and client-facing teams with disputed invoices while preserving client relationships.
- Coordinate with Finance, Business Development, IT, and Transformation departments.
- Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
