Grupo Supermotos is looking for a Head of Quality Assurance - Plant to lead the planning, execution, and control of production processes at our Medellín assembly plant. Your mission is to guarantee process efficiency, continuous improvement, and compliance with guidelines and standards to ensure optimal plant operation, product quality, and timely deliveries.
What You'll Do
- Manage all plant operations including production, quality, logistics, maintenance, administration, and costs.
- Lead the planning, execution, and control of productive processes.
- Guarantee process efficiency, continuous improvement, and adherence to guidelines and norms.
- Ensure optimal plant functioning, product quality, and timely customer deliveries.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and control.
