Crystalia Glass LLC, a nationwide provider of glass products, is seeking a Head of Project Management Department to establish and lead this new function. You will be responsible for effective management and coordination, optimizing control processes, and driving successful project execution for our operations in the US market.
What You'll Do
- Ensure high-quality project execution and team performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring performance metrics are met and exceeded.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle from initiation to feedback collection.
- Foster strong client relationships and resolve any conflicts.
- Optimize processes for improved efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the project/account management team.
- Implement innovative project management tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, scheduling department, and others.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent engineering experience.
- Minimum 7 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Experience working in international companies.
- Fluency in English (C1-C2), both written and spoken.
- Proven skill in strategic planning and process optimization.
- Strong project management skills.
- Exceptional client communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
