Lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of Project and Development Services (PDS) and Tetris Design and Build in the Netherlands, shaping project outcomes across key real estate sectors including office, industrial, logistics, hospitality, and retail. This role is central to advancing PDS and Tetris offerings within the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global initiatives while responding to local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local strategies that support the broader PDS global business objectives, adapting initiatives to meet regional demands
- Support the performance and goals of the Northern Cluster by contributing to shared results and cross-market collaboration
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with developers, investors, and property owners to identify new business pipelines and strengthen client retention
- Integrate advisory services from adjacent business lines into client engagements to enhance value delivery
- Supervise project execution across the team, ensuring adherence to contractual terms, timelines, and quality benchmarks
- Elevate the visibility and reputation of PDS and Tetris in the Dutch and broader EMEA markets
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and secure new project wins, supporting team growth and capability development
- Deliver consistent, high-performance service outcomes that go beyond client expectations
- Participate actively in knowledge sharing and best practice exchange within the PDS EMEA network
- Mentor team members to support professional advancement and leadership development
- Manage annual budget planning and implementation with accountability for financial performance
- Represent the business at industry events, client meetings, and senior leadership forums
- Contribute to executive-level decision-making through regular participation in management discussions
- Uphold ethical standards in line with organizational principles and compliance frameworks
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven background in project management or engineering, with at least 10 years in leadership roles
- Degree in civil engineering or a related technical field from a recognized university
- Relevant professional certification in project or construction management
- Strong client-facing experience with demonstrated success in relationship and business development
- Outgoing, proactive attitude with a focus on solutions and execution
- Commercial insight and awareness of real estate market trends
- High level of interpersonal confidence and communication ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately under pressure
- Proficiency in using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and decision-making
- Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English
Work Environment
