What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end AI integration initiatives for clients, aligning technology with business outcomes
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies, fundraising campaigns, and investor communications
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring client goals are met with precision and accountability
- Step into CEO-level responsibilities for venture studio operations, including governance and performance oversight
- Solve open-ended, high-pressure problems that cut across functions—no playbook required
- Move fluidly between board-level strategy and hands-on execution, from data analysis to crisis response
- Use AI tools daily to multiply output, automate workflows, and generate insights at scale
- Identify hidden inefficiencies, emerging risks, and untapped opportunities before they become urgent
- Support talent growth by partnering with recruiting to scale the team with high-caliber builders

Environment & Expectations
This is not a support role. You are expected to lead without formal authority, challenge assumptions, and raise the standard every day. The culture rewards action, humility, and continuous learning. Titles don’t shield anyone from feedback or frontline work.
Remote-friendly with strong preference for candidates in major tech hubs who can align with EST business hours. Occasional travel (10–25%) required for leadership meetings, offsites, and key engagements.
