Join G-P as our Head of Program Management, a key strategic partner to senior leadership. You will provide executive-level reporting and portfolio insights while leading a high-performing team to drive transformative organizational improvements.
What You'll Do
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing distributed team of program managers, promoting a culture of transparency, consistency, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build on and govern processes, tools, templates, policies, and metrics to ensure effectiveness of outputs towards outcomes, including driving adoption of the AI-DLC.
- Oversee the entire portfolio, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and long-term roadmaps.
- Optimize allocation across the portfolio, balancing PMO and cross‑functional capacity against strategic priorities and customer commitments.
- Proactively identify portfolio-level risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement Change management and tooling.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years of progressive project/program management leadership
- At least 5 years running large‑scale, complex software deployment programs
- Direct experience with AI-driven development
- Proven experience building and leading a Program or Project Management Office or a similar portfolio governance function in a high‑tech environment
- Demonstrated success working in a matrix leadership environment, coordinating across multiple business units, geographies, and cultures
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong team leadership, with ability to win trust, foster alignment, and mentor reports
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills, with a strong focus on risk management
- Adaptability and resilience to handle changing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology company
