Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing, geographically dispersed team of program managers, cultivating a culture of consistency, ownership, and ongoing development.
- Develop, refine, and govern standardized processes, tools, templates, policies, and performance metrics to ensure program outcomes are achieved effectively, including driving adoption of AI-DLC.
- Oversee the full program portfolio, managing interdependencies and ensuring initiatives are aligned with organizational strategy and long-term roadmaps.
- Optimize resource allocation across programs, balancing capacity within the PMO and cross-functional teams against strategic objectives and customer commitments.
- Identify portfolio-wide risks proactively, create mitigation plans, and lead change initiatives related to PMO processes, tooling, and data adoption, including communication, training, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years managing large-scale, complex software deployment initiatives.
- Direct experience in AI-driven software development environments.
- Proven track record building and leading a Program or Project Management Office or similar governance function in a high-tech industry.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization, coordinating across multiple business units, regions, and cultural contexts.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority across product, engineering, operations, and customer-facing functions.
- Strong team leadership capabilities, including building trust, aligning teams, mentoring individuals, and establishing standardized workflows.
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on risk management and issue resolution in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
- Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities within a high-growth technology organization.

Compensation
The annual gross base salary range for this position is $182,400.00 - $228,000.00 plus variable compensation. Eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
