Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Head of Product Marketing to define and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy for a suite of healthcare technology solutions. In this remote US leadership role, you will drive market research, competitive insights, and positioning to inform product roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead the overall product marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and TAM/SAM/SOM assessments to identify opportunities in the SMB healthcare IT space.
- Define product positioning, messaging frameworks, and unique value propositions tailored to target customer segments.
- Oversee go-to-market plans for new product launches and existing products, ensuring alignment with growth marketing initiatives.
- Build and evolve the Voice of the Customer strategy to capture insights that shape product and marketing strategies.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure campaign and initiative effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support sales enablement, content creation, and customer engagement programs.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing product marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing leadership.
- Deep understanding of healthcare SaaS solutions, including EHR, practice management, revenue cycle, and patient engagement systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, planning, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence executives.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and project management tools.
- Track record of launching and scaling products successfully in competitive markets.
Nice to Have
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology is ideal.
