JetBrains is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive marketing efforts for WebStorm, their IDE for JavaScript and TypeScript. In this role, you’ll shape positioning and messaging, lead go-to-market campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver developer-focused marketing content.
What You'll Do
- Own and evolve WebStorm’s positioning and messaging, keeping it consistent across channels and aligned with product and business strategy.
- Translate product strengths into clear, developer-focused narratives and key messages for campaigns, launches, and content.
- Lead go-to-market planning for releases and key initiatives, defining the plan, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution end to end.
- Create launch-ready assets for core channels (website updates, release posts, newsletters, and enablement-style materials), ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain a content release calendar and ensure marketing activities are delivered on time.
- Gather and synthesize market and customer insights, turning them into actionable recommendations for messaging, content priorities, and go-to-market decisions.
- Track performance of key marketing activities and use insights to iterate and improve outcomes.
- Partner closely with Product, Developer Advocacy, Research, Sales, and Marketing teams to keep priorities aligned and execution smooth.
- Drive the creation of high-quality product-related content and materials with cross-functional partners.
What We're Looking For
- Have at least three years of experience in marketing or product marketing, ideally in software development or tech.
- Are fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Can craft and execute strategic marketing initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize performance.
- Are creative and innovative in your marketing strategies, with a results-driven approach.
- Are self-motivated and organized, with a track record of delivering impactful projects on time and within budget.
Nice to Have
- Are experienced with B2B or technical products.
- Have hands-on coding experience and interest in modern web development.
- Understand developer audiences and communities.
