omos media GmbH is looking for a Head of Product (all genders) to establish and lead the product development department for our independently financed, fast-growing brand. You'll have strategic and operational responsibility for shaping our next phase of growth. This is a management-level position based in Berlin but can be performed fully remote.
What You'll Do
- Take strategic and operational responsibility for the entire product development process.
- Develop a future-oriented product strategy based on market and competitor analyses.
- Identify new trends and potentials for portfolio expansion.
- Build and lead your own product team.
- Actively participate in the development of new formulations, flavors, and dosage forms.
- Establish and manage a laboratory.
- Collaborate closely with interfaces such as production, regulatory, and quality management.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in strategic and operational product development.
- Solid experience in a startup or scaleup environment.
- Excellent strategic and holistic thinking, high innovation drive, and a strong hands-on mentality.
- Negotiation-level proficiency in both German and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the food, nutrition, or comparable DTC/E-commerce sectors.
- First leadership experience.
