Responsibilities
- Lead OpCo fundraising efforts for our current growth stage.
- Secure €3M in equity for our OpCo, which will provide the operational cash flow needed to reach breakeven through new leases and serve as the essential “skin in the game” for our first acquisition pipeline.
- Build and nurture relationships with HNWI, family offices, and real estate investors.
- Lead our €100M real estate expansion.
- Identify and secure off-market under-value property deals for acquisition.
- Play a strategic role in structuring our future €100M Flex-Living Investment Fund.
- Position Palma Coliving as the go-to boutique coliving investment brand in Southern Europe.
Requirements
- 10 Years+ Proven experiences in real estate investment, capital raising, private equity, or fund management.
- Track record in securing financing, structuring deals, and investor relations.
- Strong and IMMEDIATE network in family offices, UHNI & private-equity investors, and real estate funds (institutional are not relevant at this stage).
