Lead the technical vision for strategic customers in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors as the Head of PreSales Solution Architect. You will align scientific data platforms and AI architectures with real-world R&D objectives, guiding clients from initial engagement through solution delivery and sustained adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the principal technical advisor, translating customer business goals into scalable, AI-driven scientific solutions
- Analyze existing data environments and research workflows to identify integration opportunities and technical improvements
- Design and present customized demonstrations that map directly to client use cases and scientific outcomes
- Lead technical planning across sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with customer roadmaps
- Manage technical risk, oversee system stability, and accelerate time-to-value across strategic accounts
- Support proof-of-concept initiatives and co-innovation projects with major technology partners including Databricks and Google Cloud
- Conduct regular technical reviews, optimize performance, and guide expansion strategies
- Contribute to RFPs and technical proposals with detailed solution architectures and ROI analysis
- Build trusted relationships with scientific leaders, IT stakeholders, and sales teams to drive long-term success
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience leading technical presales engagements in data-intensive, science-driven industries
- Strong ability to connect business requirements with technical execution in cloud, data, and AI environments
- Deep familiarity with scientific data management, AI workflows, and cloud infrastructure platforms
