Lead the evolution of a people-focused studio by joining as Head of People, working directly with founders and senior leadership to guide organisational growth. With a team of approximately 100 people operating remotely and from Brighton, this role is central to strengthening leadership capability, refining organisational design, and ensuring the people function directly supports studio performance.
Strategic Leadership & Organisational Development
In this role, you will shape and execute the studio’s people strategy, focusing on alignment, communication, and cultural resilience. You’ll work hand-in-hand with senior leaders to identify and address challenges related to scaling, helping the organisation adapt with clarity and purpose. This is not an administrative HR role—it’s a strategic position focused on long-term effectiveness and leadership development.
