Responsibilities
- Establish product vision and strategic direction in partnership with executive leadership.
- Align product strategy with organizational objectives and long-term goals.
- Define the roadmap for key product lines and broader company initiatives.
- Develop and maintain 12- to 24-month product development plans.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through to discontinuation.
- Launch new flagship products, leading cross-departmental collaboration.
- Enhance product portfolio performance and maximize return on investment.
- Anticipate and address risks tied to product development and market shifts.
- Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to uncover opportunities.
- Shape and articulate product positioning and unique value propositions.
- Advocate for customer needs and integrate feedback into product planning.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and guide the product management function as a whole.
- Supervise product managers and team leads; adjust team composition as required.
- Assign resources, set priorities, and coordinate work across departments.
- Recognize structural shortcomings and drive solutions effectively.
- Engage with C-suite leaders and key internal stakeholders.
- Promote seamless collaboration between product and other business units.
- Address interdepartmental conflicts and clarify ownership boundaries.
- Drive cultural and organizational improvements when necessary.
- Deliver consistent updates on product performance and critical KPIs.
