Responsibilities

- Champion patient advocacy across internal decision-making
- Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and report on key outcomes
- Drive consistency in tone, information quality, and accessibility
- Lead onboarding and training for staff on patient experience standards
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical guidelines
- Work with marketing to ensure accurate and respectful patient communication
- Manage external partners involved in patient-facing services
- Develop protocols for handling patient concerns and escalations
- Integrate patient insights into product development cycles
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce friction in care pathways
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in patient care
- Represent patient interests in strategic planning discussions
- Evaluate new technologies for enhancing patient engagement
- Ensure inclusivity and accessibility across all patient materials
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices
- Support the implementation of patient education programs
- Coordinate with medical leadership to align experience with clinical goals
- Manage budget and resources for the patient experience function
- Report directly to executive leadership on program performance
