LV Collective is hiring a Head of Paid Media (Performance + Innovation) to build our growth engine. This role is for a builder who sees paid media as a strategic lever within the student housing and multifamily industry. You will own paid media end-to-end, turning great content into scalable performance, insights into creative direction, and experimentation into revenue.
What You'll Do
- Own paid media end-to-end and push it forward.

- Test, learn, iterate, and repeat quickly.
- Actively look for what’s next on emerging channels like YouTube, Reddit, and AI-native platforms.

- Think in terms of CAC, LTV, and revenue.
- See creative as a performance lever.
- Translate performance into insight and strategy, not just reporting.
- Build systems that scale.
- Directly impact revenue.
What We're Looking For
- Obsessed with optimization in practice.
- Comfortable optimizing Meta campaigns and testing emerging platforms.
- Loves data but knows it only matters if it drives decisions.
- Equal parts analytical and inventive.
- Comfortable operating in a regulated industry where accuracy and compliance matter.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Austin, Texas.
- Take ownership fully.
- Move quickly but thoughtfully.
- Bring ideas, not just execution.
- Hold a high bar for yourself and the work.
- Energized by building something better than what exists today.
- Comfortable stepping outside the platform and partnering with internal teams.
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients when needed.
