What You'll Do
Shape the marketing vision for a subscription-based mobile learning app, translating business objectives into actionable, data-driven acquisition strategies. You’ll be responsible for driving efficient growth while managing a substantial monthly budget with plans to significantly expand it.
Lead performance marketing efforts with Meta Ads as the core channel, ensuring sustained scalability and strong return on investment. Continuously test and integrate new user acquisition platforms to diversify and strengthen the growth engine.
Own end-to-end measurement and optimization, tracking KPIs across channels, monitoring cost per acquisition, and refining campaigns for maximum efficiency. Champion the use of marketing technology to enhance insight, speed, and operational scale.
Build and guide high-performing teams focused on user acquisition and creative production. Set clear direction, foster professional growth through feedback and development planning, and ensure teams are equipped with the right tools and resources.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in B2C performance marketing, with hands-on leadership in mobile or web environments targeting Tier-1 markets
- Proven experience managing multi-million dollar monthly ad spend with consistent delivery of positive ROI
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads, complemented by working knowledge of Google UAC, TikTok, and other performance channels
- Strong track record solving scaling challenges amid platform volatility and shifting digital landscapes
- Experience designing and streamlining creative production workflows, with emphasis on automation and integration
- Background leading teams in agile, fast-moving environments, including hiring, performance reviews, and individual development
