Learnlight is hiring a Head of Learning to own the strategic development and continuous improvement of our learning frameworks, content, and methodologies. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will ensure our learning solutions align with business goals and market needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development of learning frameworks, content standards, and instructional design approaches that align with business goals and client needs.
- Implement AI tools, upgrade the LCMS, and integrate advanced technology to improve content quality, reduce production time, and boost learner engagement.
- Redesign content creation workflows to shorten timelines and lower costs, while maintaining high standards through QA and agile methodologies.
- Mentor and upskill the team, with a focus on AI and EdTech trends, foster a strong learning culture, and ensure collaboration across remote and multicultural teams.
- Partner with product, sales, client success, and marketing teams to ensure learning solutions deliver measurable business and learner outcomes.
- Define KPIs, track learning impact, review feedback regularly, and use insights to continuously improve content and learner performance.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in Learning leadership roles within EdTech or corporate L&D.
- Excellent verbal and written English; ability to explain complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Advanced knowledge of instructional design models, learning science, accessibility principles, and user experience.
- Hands-on experience with LCMS/LMS systems, content automation, and deploying AI/ML tools in learning environments.
- Excellent project management skills, comfort with agile workflows, and a strong drive to stay current in EdTech, product, and learning trends.
- Skilled in setting KPIs, analyzing learning impact, and making data-driven decisions to improve learner performance and product ROI.
