General Motors is hiring a Head of International Marketing (gn) - ESN to lead the next growth chapter for the brand. This role is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and commercial performance across international markets. You will shape how ESN shows up globally and locally, building campaigns, content, and partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Define brand positioning per market, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
- Develop and execute the omni-channel marketing activation plan to drive customer acquisition and retail growth.
- Build brand heat through local activations, content, and collaborations with world-class athletes and creators.
- Drive impactful D2C marketing and performance initiatives to grow traffic, conversion, and loyalty.
- Identify which content, creators, and channels best engage consumers and strengthen the brand.
- Partner with local markets to capture consumer insights and accelerate growth.
- Ensure seamless brand experience across e-commerce, retail, and social touchpoints.
- Lead a small team of 1-2 people directly and indirectly guide and lead 10+ people in markets and at HQ.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG or consumer lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record in brand building combined with hands-on experience in performance and influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of product and category storytelling.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into growth decisions.
- Highly ambitious and hungry to make things happen with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
- A genuine team player who brings energy, collaboration, and drive.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, culture, and digital engagement.

Team & Environment
You will lead a small team directly and work closely with Global D2C, Marketing, and Commercial teams. You will indirectly guide a network of 10+ people across local markets and HQ.
