As Head of Innovation, you will integrate IIX Values™, Impact Partners™, and IIX Institute™ into a cohesive, revenue-driven platform that strengthens the link between asset management and advisory services.
Strategic Leadership & Business Development
Define and execute a 3–5 year growth roadmap aligned with the expansion of Orange Capital markets. You will commercialize platform offerings, design end-to-end solutions for corporations, financial institutions, governments, and development partners, and identify new global opportunities to scale adoption. Your strategy will turn innovation into measurable revenue and impact.
Platform Integration & Product Innovation
Oversee the advancement of analytics and impact measurement tools, digital marketplaces, and training programs—ensuring they are user-centric, scalable, and responsive to market needs. Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into product development, leveraging tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead a distributed team across technology, analytics, and education functions, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission-driven performance. Recruit and mentor talent that reflects core values, while building strong partnerships with internal teams and external institutions—from UN agencies to financial leaders.
Performance & Mission Alignment
Establish KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure financial sustainability across platforms.
