Responsibilities
- Set company-wide revenue goals and develop strategic growth initiatives, allocating budget across products, customer segments, and channels in collaboration with Finance to build and track forecasting models covering spend, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, lifetime value, and product-line revenue, reporting progress to executive leadership.
- Develop detailed buyer personas tailored to each acquisition channel, analyzing how user intent and decision-making vary by source, and use channel data as a behavioral signal to shape downstream marketing and sales strategies.
- Lead creative direction and messaging frameworks, ensuring all content is customized for specific personas and optimized natively for platforms including Meta, paid search, influencer networks, affiliate channels, and emerging media, with a focus on tying creative performance to funnel outcomes beyond clicks.
- Drive brand strategy by crafting and communicating a compelling narrative across multiple formats and platforms to increase visibility and educate audiences in a competitive, undifferentiated market.
- Manage the full paid media portfolio, including budget oversight, agency coordination, performance optimization, and measurement, while scaling influencer, creator, and affiliate programs and broadening channel diversity to reduce reliance on any single platform.
- Own post-click user experience, ensuring landing pages align with audience personas and traffic sources, maintaining message consistency from ad through conversion, and optimizing lifecycle marketing and conversion rate performance across email, SMS, and CRM systems.
- Reorganize the current marketing team and external partners, recruit critical hires, and establish operational processes for planning, budgeting, creative reviews, performance reporting, and structured experimentation.
