Fantasy Home Page was looking for a Head of Growth

Lead the growth strategy for a forward-thinking agency focused on sustained business expansion and client success. As Head of Growth, you will shape and execute initiatives that drive net new revenue, strengthen client relationships, and scale qualified pipelines year over year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive profitability across business units by developing and implementing strategies for new client acquisition and long-term portfolio growth.
  • Share accountability for the agency’s P&L alongside executive leadership, with direct responsibility for $11.5 million in growth targets.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach, strategic positioning, and data-informed forecasting.
  • Revive relationships with former clients and manage passive inbound leads, including oversight of key contact channels.
  • Lead internal growth programs to increase visibility, improve conversion, and strengthen cross-team collaboration.
  • Support the marketing team by developing innovative campaigns and maintaining strong connections with press and industry partners.
  • Ensure long-term client partnerships through successful contract renewals and strategic value alignment.
  • Partner with senior leadership to explore and launch new products and services that support broader growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Based in the United States or Canada, with a proven ability to manage revenue streams of at least $30 million.
  • Experience leading both growth and marketing teams, with a history of delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Skill in navigating complex organizational dynamics and managing multiple teams with commercial discipline.
  • Ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong track record of driving transformation through data, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and equitable practices.
