Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior executives including the CEO, CFO, and business unit leaders to deliver actionable insights through performance tracking, reporting, and on-demand analysis.
- Lead high-impact strategic initiatives focused on assessing new ventures and partnerships for commercial feasibility and long-term value.
- Design and refine financial planning systems, integrating automation and predictive analytics to enhance scalability and accuracy in forecasting.
- Advance cost efficiency and effective use of capital by ensuring resources are directed toward high-return growth areas.
- Develop executive-level presentations for leadership and governance bodies to guide strategic direction and inform critical business decisions.
- Work closely with lending and origination functions to shape pricing strategies, establish targets, and improve profitability for sustained returns.
- Support corporate development efforts by providing financial modeling, stakeholder analysis, and investor-related reporting for emerging opportunities.
- Lead and mentor finance professionals as part of the finance leadership group, promoting high performance, accountability, and professional growth.
- Enhance financial governance and control mechanisms, ensuring risk management practices support aggressive growth objectives.
