- Promote cross-team collaboration between frontend, backend, and data teams
- Oversee third-party vendor integrations and technical partnerships
- Champion engineering best practices across code quality and testing
- Represent engineering in executive discussions and strategic planning
- Support the transition from monolithic to modular service architecture
- Balance technical debt reduction with feature development velocity
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and documentation across engineering units
