dr. Fuchs Personalberatung KG is looking for a Head of Development SAP TM (m/f/d) to lead a development team within a specialized software and systems house. You will be responsible for implementing innovative solutions in the SAP Transportation Management environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to a development team focused on SAP Transportation Management (TM).
- Design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions using ABAP OO within the SAP TM environment.
- Take technical responsibility for the development and implementation of customer-specific solutions and their integration into existing SAP landscapes.
- Manage and process Change Requests for existing customers.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, specialist departments, and external partners in national and international projects.
- Ensure quality management and technical implementation within projects.
- Foster an agile and innovation-driven way of working within the team.
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed university degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
- At least five years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a focus on SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM).
- Solid experience in implementing complex development projects, ideally related to logistics or transport management processes.
- Strong technical understanding, analytical skills, and a structured way of working.
- Excellent German language skills and good written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Ideally, first leadership experience or at least experience in the technical coordination of development teams.
