AdStart Media is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and evolve our mobile app acquisition sales strategy. In this global role based in Singapore, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of mobile performance marketing, exceeding revenue goals through deep expertise in affiliate marketing and S2S/API integrations.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with your Line Manager to establish and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals for the Advertising team.
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies for CPI to drive revenue targets and offer market-specific expertise to premier advertisers.
- Forge strong relationships with clients and advertising partners to fuel sales expansion, negotiate pivotal contracts, and seize new business ventures.
- Partner with the Affiliate Team to explore and develop additional revenue channels.
- Efficiently manage a CRM database, ensuring advertiser information is current and accessible.
- Deliver comprehensive reports detailing sales achievements, campaign analysis, and forecasts.
- Represent the organization at global industry events to gather and share market insights.
- Guide and develop junior staff by providing expert training and counsel to foster their professional growth.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English for global communication.
- At least 5 years in Sales or Business Development, with a focus on CPI/Mobile Apps Acquisition.
- In-depth understanding of traffic types, CPI products, and business models.
- Proven success in surpassing sales goals in dynamic, target-driven environments.
- Proven experience with S2S/API tracking, specifically using Impact.
- Stellar sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Competent in creating reports and analytics using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- A commitment to mentor and elevate junior team members.
