Elevions is seeking a high-level freelance Sales Manager to act as a strategic B2B sales partner. You'll focus on intelligent, value-added outreach to identify and qualify decision-makers for consultations with our marketing team, emphasizing psychology over traditional cold calling.
What You'll Do
- Conduct strategic initial B2B outreach to companies.
- Identify key decision-makers and qualify them for consultations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in agency or SaaS.
- Understanding of digital services like SEO, Ads, Funnels, and web design.
- Goal-oriented communication and ability to recognize buying signals.
- Independent, KPI-driven work style.
- Perfect German in speech and writing at a native speaker level.
- Confident, winning phone presence.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Professional appearance and reliability.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience in marketing, SEO, Google Ads, or web design.
- Existing networks in relevant industries.
