Shiftmove is hiring a Sales Manager - Existing Customers (m/w/d)

About the Role

Shiftmove is seeking a Sales Manager - Existing Customers (m/w/d) to expand business with our loyal SMB client base. You will manage a dedicated portfolio, driving revenue through renewals and strategic account growth while collaborating closely with our Account and Customer Success teams. We are a profitable company with sustainable growth, backed by a leading technology-focused private equity firm.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 400-500 existing SMB customers.
  • Keep your pipeline current, process customer inquiries and tickets, and organize workflows and appointments seamlessly.
  • Identify individual customer needs through targeted screening to provide proactive support.
  • Actively renew customer contracts by creating offers, negotiating prices, and documenting insights in Salesforce and Planhat.
  • Find creative solutions that support both our customers and Shiftmove's long-term needs.
  • Identify cross- and upselling opportunities, conduct demos, increase product awareness, and build enthusiasm for the added value of our products.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in B2B New Business or Existing Customer Sales, ideally for products requiring explanation.
  • Experience in High-Velocity Sales: familiar with handling a large volume of customer contacts and efficiently processing many calls per day.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex products into simple, easy-to-understand language.
  • Excellent organizational skills to keep your pipeline up to date, prioritize effectively, and work in a structured way.
  • Desire for continuous development and an open, proactive attitude towards feedback and change.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Fleet Management or the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of other languages.

Work Mode
