Braze is hiring a Head of Developer Relations to lead our developer community, shape how developers learn and engage with Warp, and amplify the voices of those building on top of it. In this role, you will create trust and excitement among developers through programs, content, and partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Be a visible and trusted face of Warp in the developer ecosystem.
- Engage directly with developers at conferences, panels, podcasts, livestreams, AMAs, and meetups.
- Build and nurture a strong community around Warp — from independent builders to enterprise champions.
- Organize and run hackathons, challenges, and workshops that inspire experimentation and showcase Warp’s potential.
- Cultivate relationships with developer influencers and open-source leaders.
- Produce highly technical content — videos, blogs, tutorials, demos — that demonstrates Warp in real developer workflows.
- Create resources that show how developers can extend Warp through SDKs, CLIs, integrations, and agents.
- Share content across channels such as YouTube, Twitter/X, blogs, newsletters, and podcasts.
- Funnel community insights and developer feedback into Warp’s product, growth, and engineering roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create showcases and integrations.
- Partner with marketing and comms to bring a developer-first voice into campaigns and launches.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in developer relations, developer experience, or technical product work, with demonstrated success in nurturing developer ecosystems.
Nice to Have
- Are a developer who enjoys building and sharing your work, with an established online following or strong credibility in the community.
- Thrive on engaging with developers across channels and are comfortable representing a product on stage, on camera, and in public forums.
- Create compelling technical content that resonates with developers and drives adoption.
- Have experience advocating for developer tools, SDKs, and extensible platforms.
- Have participated in or organized hackathons, livestreams, and developer challenges.

- Compensation: $240,000 – $300,000 + equity: Meaningful stock option grant with a four-year vesting period and one-year cliff.
